Cast Iron Castings - Weights and Sizes
- The normal maximum casting weight in any material is approximately
1 Tonne
- Items up to 30 Tonnes can be quoted for, please contact us
- We have no minimum and can accommodate most shapes and dimensions within our weight range
Cast Iron Castings - Quantities
- We specialise in runs from 1 off to approximately 1000 off, dependent on dimensions, size and shape
- High volume quantities of smaller items of 5000 and above can be quoted for, please contact us

- Alkali Phenolic Resin Bonded Sand, both boxless and rigid
- Silicate/CO2 sand for corework

- High Frequency coreless induction furnace 1 x 500kgs capacity

Other Services and Supplies
- We can supply continuous cast iron bar in a comprehensive range of round and rectangular sections in grey iron to ISO 185
- Round bar in the above materials is available either 'as cast' or proof machined
- We can supply pattern equipment to suit your needs, and our long association with many engineering companies enables us to quote keen prices for fully machined castings when required

All our castings are produced to the current ISO specification, ISO 185 (2005), along with any further certification which a customer may require.
